Think BIGGER: Living from Joy Instead of Fear.

Did you know that we think between 50,000 and 70,000 thoughts PER DAY? And with such busy lives, WHEN do we actually have time to think these thoughts, that's what I want to know! Anyway, today I open up again and share a little bit about the experiences I have been having with fear and joy lately. Hmmm... some interesting lessons being learnt! I hope they help you on your journey.
